50 Years of DELICIOUS Pizza in Dorr, Michigan

Enza’s was started in 1971 by my grandfather Jack Vaglica, and my grandmother Virginia soon joined him in the business. The recipes we use come from my great grandmother and now span 4 generations. My grandmother Virginia always used my great grandmother’s recipes and we still to this day make things like my grandmother Virginia did. We make our dough by hand, we make our own pizza sauce and we make our own homemade Italian sausage. We make our pizza on a wooden pizza peel with a light dusting of cornmeal, then we bake it in the same brick oven we’ve had since day one. Like the old saying goes: “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. 50 years of DELICIOUS pizza in Dorr, Michigan!

Around 2004 we started  Enza’s Catering. We do any type of event from 25 people to 325 people. Be sure to check out our catering menu!
